| Cautions & Personal Safety • Turn off MAIN POWER to control when not in use. Failure to do so could result in damage to your lift or boat. • Do not operate control unattended. • Keep hand transmitter/remote dry at all times. Failure to do so could result in damage to transmitter/remote or control. Warranty • For one year from the date of original purchase GEM will provide, free of charge, parts to repair or replace any part of your GEM product that fails due to a manufacturing defect. • Return shipping costs for repairs due to manufacturing defects will be the responsibility of the customer. • This warranty does not extend to any of our products which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect wiring, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use in violation of procedures furnished by GEM and in accordance with the National Electrical Code, nor units which have been repaired or altered outside of our facility without our knowledge and or consent. • Warranty decisions will be made after merchandise in question has been returned to GEM for inspection by our trained staff. Disclaimers • We do not hold responsibility in the case of failure of this product if used for anything other than its intended purpose. • We do not hold responsibility for damage to product caused by fires, floods, windstorms or acts of God.
