| CLEARING "OLD UNITS" - 2000 to March 2007 (Units with a yellow face card and up/down toggle switches) 1. Turn off power to the unit. 2. Press and hold the CLEAR button. (To locate the clear button follow the blue wires from the LEARN button in the face plate down to the receiver board. The CLEAR button is located next to the blue wires next to a LED light.) 3. While holding the CLEAR button, restore power to the unit. The LED will flash, go out for 5 seconds, and then flash again. 4. Release the CLEAR button and reprogram the transmitter according to the directions found inside the enclosure. Programming Transmitters on OLDER UNITS (Yellow transmitters with 2 blue buttons.) 1. Press the LEARN button once and release. 2. Press the DOWN button within 30 seconds of pressing the LEARN button to program the transmitter.  CLEARING "NEW" UNITS - March 2007 to present (Units with a yellow face card and up/down membrane switches.) 1. Make sure the power is on. 2. Press and hold the LEARN/CLEAR button for 7 seconds. The Learn LED light will turn on after 7 seconds. When it flashes let go of the button. The Auto-stop will then flash. 3. At this point no transmitter will work with the unit. Programming Transmitters on NEWER UNITS (Yellow transmitters with 3 blue buttons.) 1. Press the LEARN button once and release. 2. Press the STOP button within 5 seconds of pressing the LEARN button to program the transmitter. return to main support page |
